Coming Soon: July 17-18

If you’ve ever held your breath after lengthening anterior teeth…
If you’ve had edge bonding look gorgeous on the day — but you have no idea if it will last or not…
If you want your composites to look like art but behave like engineering…
Welcome to Unchippable.
Blended Learning That Works
To maximise hands-on time during the live days, you’ll get:
18 hours of pre-recorded online content
Lifetime access
The theory beforehand, so we can spend the weekend mostly on hand skills
16 hours in-Person training (total 34 hours CPD)
You’ll arrive ready to sculpt, refine, layer, adjust, polish and problem-solve… not sit through lectures.
A Hands-On Approach That Builds Real Skill
No perfect manikin teeth. No stock models.
You’ll work on real patient articulated models (these are actual cases that Jaz and Mahmoud have treated), so you can practise:
Alignment challenges
Space issues
Functional dynamics
Anatomical nuance
Because you can't learn Occlusion on Typodonts!
You’ll complete:
Edge bonding exercises
Full-arch Dahl composite case
Resin veneer shaping + layering
Detailed finishing & polishing drills
Occlusal adjustment workflows
By the end, you’ll know how to deliver composites that look incredible, feel natural, AND don’t chip on you.
Our Philosophy
Most composite courses teach you how to make things look good.
Unchippable teaches you how to make them last.
We assume you have some clinical experience and want to level up your anterior work — not just with artistry, but with functional intelligence.
The Unchippable approach is:
Aesthetic-Driven: Beautiful shapes, anatomy, texture, line angles, and polish.
Occlusion-Backed: What you build must survive forces, habits, excursions & envelope.
Protocol-Led: You’ll leave with checklists, finishing sequences, and a step-by-step way to plan, place, and protect composite.
You’ll finally understand when you can lengthen, when you shouldn’t, and how to design your cases so you can sleep at night.
“I learned so much from this hands-on composite course. Before attending, I was not very confident in building the shape of the front teeth directly. Mahmoud showed and explained every step of how he builds up front teeth, and checked that it was done correctly. I’m now feeling confident to restore front teeth in surgery. I loved that course on composites was combined with occlusion and how to make restorations last for longer to get satisfaction from my own dental work. Jaz’s enthusiasm and passion for dentistry, and Mahmoud‘s dedication, truly inspire and motivate me.
Fantastic course! Really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to any dentist who wants to get satisfaction from their own work.”

FAQs
-
BulletProof Dentistry is the foundations of Occlusion in Restorative Dentistry - the hands on exercises involve mostly posterior teeth eg. Posterior Crown Fit on a Tricky Occlusion.
Unchippable has a total emphasis on occlusion applied to anterior teeth longevity, function, and aesthetics.
There is some degree of crossover, but the hands-on exercises for Unchippable are exclusively anterior resin-based. -

Aim: To be able to enhance aesthetics by lengthening teeth using composite resin, whilst minimising the risk of chipping through implementing restoration design and occlusal principles.
Objectives:
Dentists will be able to:
1) Identify and distinguish between different causes of mechanical failure of composite bonding
2) Understand the potential causes and contributors to various wear patterns, and how to mitigate these factors to improve longevity
3) Formulate individualised preventative strategies for patients based on their occlusal risk assessment
GDC Learning Outcome 'C'
Maintenance and development of knowledge and skill within your field of practice.
