That said, we strongly recommend not entering any identifiable patient information.
AskJaz works best when you describe the clinical situation in general, anonymised terms — for example, age range, tooth number, symptoms, and clinical findings — without names, dates of birth, addresses, photographs with identifiable features, or any other personal identifiers.
This approach keeps patient privacy protected and ensures AskJaz remains a safe, ethical decision-support tool, while still giving you clear, clinically useful guidance.
You remain responsible for complying with patient confidentiality requirements and local data protection regulations at all times.

Ask Jaz is trained on Protrusive content — podcast transcripts, masterclasses, FAQs, blogs, troubleshooting pathways, and more.
It gives structured, clinically reasoned guidance based on that material.But like any decision-support tool, it isn’t designed to replace clinical judgement or your own assessment of the patient in front of you. Dentistry is complex, context-dependent, and requires professional interpretation.
